They govern the purchase of products, subscriptions, and packages offered online.
Before confirming any order, the Client must read and accept these GTC without reservation.

The online GTC are provided alongside the general subscription terms.
The Client can consult them at any time on the website.

2. Parties

The Client

The “Client” refers to any individual purchasing products for personal use only.
The Client confirms they act as a consumer under French law.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Placing an order on the website automatically means the Client accepts these GTC.

Before payment, the Client must read them carefully.
By clicking the “Order” button, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance.

4. Definitions

• Client: Any consumer placing an order on the website

• Products: All subscriptions, packages, and services offered on the website

• Seller: EURL Gym et Yoga

5. Conditions to Purchase

To place an order, the Client must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have legal capacity

• Or provide parental authorization if under 18

The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
Gym et Yoga may request proof of identity if necessary.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown including VAT and expressed in euros.

Prices applied are those displayed on the website on the day of the order.
Gym et Yoga reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

• Credit cards bearing the CB, Visa, or MasterCard logo

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Payment is immediate and required at the time of order.

7. Products Offered

Gym et Yoga offers nine (9) products for sale online.

Each product has a dedicated page describing its content and conditions.

Common Usage Conditions

• Access to classes in-studio or via Zoom

• No reservation required

• Subscription starts on the registration date

• Immediate payment

Studio Opening Periods

The studio is closed:

• From August 1 to August 31

• From December 24 to January 1

• On public holidays

The studio remains open during other school holidays and in July.

8. Health and Responsibility

A valid medical certificate is mandatory.
Without it, the Client practices under their own responsibility.

Minors practice under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

The Client agrees to follow:

• Internal regulations

• Current health and safety rules

Gym et Yoga may modify schedules, instructors, or organization if needed.

9. Order Process

Product Selection

The Client selects products and adds them to the cart.
They can modify the cart before validation.

Order Validation

Before payment, the Client checks:

• Products selected

• Prices

• Billing information

• Payment method

Order Confirmation

After validation, the website displays a confirmation page.
The Client receives confirmation by email.

Gym et Yoga does not send confirmations by post or fax.

10. Right of Withdrawal

The Client has 14 days to withdraw, in accordance with French consumer law.

To exercise this right, the Client must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Gym et Yoga will refund all amounts paid after processing the request.

11. Data Protection

Gym et Yoga collects personal data to process orders and manage accounts.

Data is stored securely and confidentially for a maximum of 3 years.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is protected by intellectual property laws.

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before legal action, the Client is encouraged to contact customer service to seek an amicable solution.

14. Modifications of the Terms

Gym et Yoga may update these GTC at any time.

The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.

Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
